Josh deeply understands what our clients need, having worked across all sectors of the fitness industry for the last 25 years. He started on the “shop floor” running a successful personal training business at Les Mills in Wellington, New Zealand, before moving to Scotland to play rugby.
After hanging up his boots Josh moved to London to continue his personal training business, this time with Holmes Place in London. He then spent 8 years in the management side of the industry running a number of health clubs in London, Melbourne and Auckland.
Having worked in gyms and health clubs for over a decade, Josh moved into sales and brand development with Cybex International, a leading manufacturer of fitness equipment.
In 2008 Josh moved back to Scotland to become the co-founder of a successful fitness business and brand. He spent 10 years as the Operations Director and International Sales Director whilst the business grew from a two person start-up to buying out a competitor and employing over 50 staff.
Matt started his career in the leisure industry over 15 years ago as a Personal Trainer and Membership Sales Executive for the Marriott Hotel Group. After successfully running his own PT business for a number of years, Matt studies Sports Science at University, part-funded by an athletics scholarship.
Having competed at a national level in 400 metre sprinting for a number of years, Matt’s background and experience led him to work in Secondary School Physical Education after university.
Following this he entered the world of fitness sales with Jordan Fitness and has built his contacts and experience ever since as both supplier and reseller of all equipment types over the years.
Having worked with some of the largest trusts, suppliers and club operators in the business, Matt’s experience spans sourcing, procurement, product design, manufacturing liaison, trademarking and and marketing.
